At Furrzoo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@furrzoo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products where applicable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item and place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
