Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
International Shipping
Furrzoo ships to customers worldwide.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur.
Furrzoo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility.
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the package and shipping label
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
